Help & Feedback
Report a problem, share an idea, or request a token listing. Learn what to include and how to receive a reply.
Find Help & Feedback
You can send a report or feedback from the Aethelix web app without signing in or connecting a wallet. Submissions go privately to the Aethelix team; they are not public posts.
On desktop, hover over More in the top navigation or click it to open the menu. On a small screen, tap the three-dot menu in the top bar. Choose Help to open How can we help?, or choose Feedback to go straight to the feedback form.
Help includes expandable guidance on connecting your wallet, swapping tokens, understanding research, and what to do when something goes wrong. You can then choose Report a problem or Share feedback.
Report a problem
- 1Open the report form
Choose More → Help → Report a problem. On mobile, start from the three-dot menu.
- 2Choose a category
Select Wallet connection, Swap or quote, Chart or market data, Token research, or Something else. Choose the closest match.
- 3Describe the problem
Enter a short Subject and fill in What happened? Explain what you were trying to do, what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include any error message and approximately when it happened.
- 4Add an email and useful details
Contact email is optional. Add an address you can access if you would like a reply. Expand Contact & additional details · optional to add your name, the Solana token address, or a transaction signature when relevant.
- 5Attach screenshots and send
If an image helps explain the issue, choose Add screenshots and review the previews. Remove anything private before uploading. Choose Send report and wait for the Report sent confirmation.
Subject and message are required. The subject must contain 3–120 characters and the message 10–5,000 characters. Your email, name, token address, transaction signature, and screenshots are optional.
Details that help us investigate
- Wallet connection: say which wallet and browser you used, whether you were on desktop or mobile, and at which step the connection failed. Never include wallet secrets.
- Swap or quote: include the sell and buy token names, token address, approximate time, error message, and transaction signature if one was created. A quote preview is not a confirmed transaction.
- Chart or market data: include the token address, selected timeframe, Line or Candles view, and what looked incorrect or failed to load.
- Token research: identify the token, the field or score involved, and the snapshot time if shown. Explain missing or unexpected information rather than relying only on a screenshot.
- Design feedback: describe the screen, device, and action that felt confusing. A screenshot can help explain a layout issue.
Copy a transaction signature from your wallet or transaction details when available. It is a public transaction identifier, not your private key. If you do not have one, leave the field empty.
Add screenshots safely
- Text-only submissions are welcome; screenshots are optional.
- Attach up to two still images in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format. Each image must be no larger than 5 MB and 12 megapixels. Videos and animated images are not supported.
- Choose Add screenshots, select your images, and check the previews. Use Remove to discard an image before sending.
- Crop or cover personal details, balances you do not want to share, unrelated accounts, and other private information before attaching an image.
Never send a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, password, or sign-in code in a message or screenshot. Aethelix does not need these to investigate a report.
After you send: confirmation and replies
A successful submission opens a Report sent or Feedback sent confirmation card. It includes a reference such as AT-000001 and a Done button. Keep that reference if you contact us again. The confirmation means your submission was received; it does not mean the issue has been resolved.
If you supplied a contact email, the confirmation shows the address where a follow-up can be sent. The team replies manually by email when following up. Check that inbox and its spam or junk folder. A reply or response time is not guaranteed.
Your sign-in email is not automatically used as the form’s contact email. Enter your preferred reply address even if you are already signed in. Without a contact email, the form provides no way for the team to reply to you.
There is currently no automatic email acknowledgement, in-app support conversation, or public report-status tracker. You will not automatically receive a notification when the team changes a report’s status.
To follow up, email Aethelix support with your reference and any new information. If you forgot to include an email, you can use this option after submitting.
If your submission will not send
- Read the error shown in the form. Check the required subject and message, email spelling, and any token address or transaction signature you entered.
- If an attachment is rejected, check its format, size, and dimensions. Try a smaller still screenshot or remove it and send a text-only report.
- If sending fails, your entries remain in the form so you can try again. Keep it open; reloading the page may discard your draft.
- While Sending… is shown, wait for the result. If you see a temporary service or too-many-attempts message, wait before trying again.
- If the app or form is unavailable, use the support email instead. Include the page, issue, and steps to reproduce it, and follow the same guidance about keeping secrets private.
What information is included?
The team receives your category, subject, message, and any contact details, token address, transaction signature, or screenshots you choose to provide. To help investigate, the app also includes the current page path, browser family, screen size, and app version. Page query parameters and fragments are excluded from this diagnostic context.
A submission may be associated with your account when authenticated account information is available. You can also submit as a guest. Reports and screenshots are accessed through the team’s private support inbox, rather than published on a public feed.
There is currently no self-service option to edit or delete a sent report in the app. For a correction, privacy question, or deletion request, email support and include the report reference. See the Privacy Policy for how requests and retention are handled.
