Understand what it means to use an Aethelix custodial Solana wallet.
Aethelix wallets are custodial
Aethelix holds and manages the private keys for the dedicated Solana wallet provided to each user. The user operates the wallet through the Aethelix Telegram Mini App, but does not control or receive the private key directly.
This model can simplify wallet actions inside the product, but it also means users rely on Aethelix to operate the service and process valid wallet instructions. It is materially different from a self-custody wallet such as Phantom or Solflare.
What users should understand
- Keep the Telegram account used with Aethelix secure.
- Verify every destination address, contract address, amount, and quote before confirmation.
- Do not share account access codes or sensitive confirmation information.
- Only keep funds in the service that you are prepared to expose to custodial, network, and market risks.
